    Pitaia provides a platform for creators to sell digital products, courses, and bookings through a link-in-bio storefront. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

    3. User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

    4. Creator Obligations

    Creators are responsible for the content they publish and the products they sell. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Brazil. You may not sell prohibited or illegal content.

    5. Payments & Fees

    Pitaia charges a platform fee on each transaction. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Payouts are subject to the schedule and terms of the payment provider.

    6. Intellectual Property

    You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. By using our platform, you grant Pitaia a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to operate the service.

    7. Prohibited Conduct

    You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to harass other users. Pitaia reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

    8. Termination

    Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Pitaia may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    Pitaia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitaia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms shall be governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
